RAW LAND DEVELOPMENT IS A REALLY INTERESTING, EXPENSIVE AND CHALLENGING AND IT'S NOT FOR EVERYBODY.   VALIDATING THAT A VACANT LOT IS BUILD-ABLE IS NOT A QUICK PROCESS.   IF YOU WANT TO DEVELOP LAND YOU ALREADY OWN; OR ARE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE AND WANT TO KNOW YOUR DEVELOPMENT PARAMETERS - DESIGN EVOLUTION CAN REVIEW YOUR PARCEL AND PROPOSED PROJECT AND ADVISE YOU  IF IT'S FEASIBLE .  INITIAL WORK IS A REVIEW OF THE LAND, THE OWNERS PROPOSED PLANS, VALIDATING WITH COUNTY.

MY APPROACH TO DESIGN IS TO FIRST UNDERSTAND WHAT AN OWNER IS ENVISIONING AND THEN TO LET THE ENVIRONMENT INSPIRE A COLLABORATION TO DESIGN A HOME THEY LOVE THAT REFLECTS THEIR DESIRES AND NEEDS AND FLOWS INTO IT'S SURROUNDINGS. 

MY GOAL IS TO CO-DESIGN WITH MY CLIENTS - I WANT TO MAKE THEIR VISION COME TO LIFE.

APTOS, CA  - NEW  CONSTRUCTION SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING

NEW 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH 2000 SF HOME - DESIGN EVOLUTION PROVIDED OWNER SERVICES FROM PROPERTY SEARCH AND ESCROW REVIEW FOR FEASIBILITY FOR PERMITS THROUGH GETTING THE PERMIT AND BUILDING THE HOUSE.  DESIGNED BY FUSE ARCHITECTS,  ENTRY GATE DESIGNED BY GRACE.

SANTA CRUZ, CA - GARAGE CONVERSION TO HOME OFFICE

THE OWNERS NEEDED MORE ROOM FOR A GROWING FAMILY IN THE HOUSE AND NEEDED AN ON-SITE OFFICE. THIS WAS A TOTAL REBUILD AN OLD GARAGE.   I CO-DESIGNED AN OFFICE IN IT'S PLACE THAT LOOKS LIKE A CARRIAGE HOUSE AND MATCHES THEIR HOUSE.
